The beautiful Barbara Palvin is one of L'Oréal Paris' ambassadors, and you can see why in this photoshoot she did for them! Her hair is glossy, and her skin looks absolutely flawless, but our favorite element of her look was far and away her eye makeup. We've put together a tutorial in case you want to copy her rock n' roll look:
Get the Look
If you're going to try a bold eye makeup look, regardless of whether it's a cat eye or a two-tone eyeshadow , you should use a primer beforehand. Why? Because it's a way of keeping your makeup in one place, all evening. Make sure to use a primer specifically for eyes, as the skin is more sensitive on your lids than the rest of your face.
Now for that fabulous cat eye! Use a liquid liner, such as L'Oréal Paris' Blackbuster, with a thick tip (about 2-3mm wide) and give yourself a sweeping flick, starting from the inner corner and flicking out at the outer edge of your eye. Then, usng the same liner, draw a line under the eye, making sure it joins up with the upper line at the inside and outer corners. Once dry, smudge the lower line and the very tip of the cat eye flick slightly with a brush.
You don't need too much mascara for this look: just one layer of Voluminous Butterfly on both your upper and lower lashes will be enough to bring your feline expression to life!
Complete the look with a strong pair of eyebrows . Use a blunted eyebrow pencil by Color Riche, Le Brow, to give more definition to your brows, and be careful to blend it in well with a brush. Make sure the shade matches your natural brow color, or is a maximum of one shade darker.
All you need to finish your rock n'roll style are a nude lip, such as Extraordinaire in Riche Nude Ballet, tousled waves and a leather jacket!
