The Screen Actors Guild Foundation 30th Anniversary Celebration took place last night, November 5, bringing belle of the ball, actress and model Camilla Belle to the red carpet in Beverly Hills! The 29-year-old star stepped out for the evening in a simple yet classic strapless jumpsuit with a fitted waistline and wide, 1970s-inspired flared . She then paired her outfit with super-shiny, super-smooth curls giving her whole look a good dose of Hollywood glamour.
Our favorite part? Camilla's gorgeous smoky and shimmering silver eye makeup which she teamed with defined, bold brows and a light pink lipstick shade - we want this makeup look perfected ready for the weekend! Here's how it's done...
Get the look
Make your brows perfectly frame your eye makeup by giving them some bold and beautiful definition! Start by adding to each of your brows with short sharp strokes from a medium to dark brow pencil. Then use the spoolie brush attachment to comb through your brows, blending the color and shaping the hairs into the desired form and direction. Then complete your look by giving each of your brows a light coat of brow plumping gel for a thicker finish that will last the whole night long!
Smoky silver eyes
Dramatic eyeshadow needs some staying power, so start by coating your lids with a light layer of eye primer. Once this has absorbed into your skin, dust a bright silver eyeshadow shade across your lids and under your lower lashes, working from the tearduct across to your outer lashes. Then switch to a clean small-headed application brush to dust a dark grey or a black eyeshadow both above and below the outer corners of your eyes.
Use the tightlining effect to add further sultry definition to your look, then complete your smoky eye with the final, essential ingredient: two coats of lash-thickening mascara!
When you have your bold brows and your even bolder smoky eye fixed in place for your glamorous evening, the only thing left is to get your pout looking perfect! Opt for a matte light pink shade to give your dramatic look a pretty softness, and to prevent your overall makeup palette from becoming too overpowering.
