The premiere of David Cronenberg's 'Maps to the Stars' was typically 'Cannes': sophisticated and elegant. The gentlemen were polished in their tuxedos, and the ladies worked a chic navy blue and cream color theme. Let's take a closer look at their red carpet style...
The Australian actress, who plays the mentally unstable Agatha, went for a natural beauty look. Her dark blue dress had some interesting faux-leather panels, but was otherwise understated yet chic. Hair-wise, Mia went for an ethereal messy low chignon, which completed her natural, fuss-free look: a rare sight at Cannes!
Julianne's dress has had the office talking all day. Whether you love it or hate it, one thing is sure: her gown won't be easily forgotten. Constructed with feathered and sparkly threads, it dropped down into a short train. She accessorized with diamond earrings, but otherwise let the dress take center stage.
Fitting in with the blue and cream theme, Sarah went for an unsual striped gown with lace netting over the top, creating a multi-dimensional effect. We loved her makeup: a glossy red berry lip, super sexy cat eye flicks, and the subtlest hint of blue smoky eyeshadow to bring out her eyes.
It might have been raining, but Robert Pattinson (who plays taxi driver Jerome) didn't look at all bedraggled at he posed for photographs. Was it the weather or a deliberate wet look hairstyle? Either way, it looked chic with his all-black suit.
