Caught and colorblocked - Sarah Hyland and Beyoncé battle it out in matching ensembles! Who will reign supreme?
If you're a fan of clean, effortless fashion with a dramatic flair, then black and white outfits are a classic choice. Certain shades come and go, but this pairing literally never falls out of style! Tip: It even looks amazing in black and white photos !
When we spotted Sarah Hyland at the SiriusXM studios on January 29, our first impression was that we LOVED her look. It only took a few seconds, however, to realize it's one we've seen before... on Beyoncé , no less! She wore a similar look to the 2013 Grammy Awards. Well, if you're going to copy a look from probably the most photorgraphed woman in the world, you might as well do it with style!
Both looks feature a clean, minimalist approach, with black and white colorblocked tops paired with high-waisted black trousers. Sarah's tank top features a deep v-neckline that allows the actress to bare just a little more skin than Beyoncé's crewneck shirt with faux sleeves.
Sarah balanced out her revealing look by pairing the top with high-waisted wide leg trousers instead of the tight pencil cut pants Bey worked at the Grammy Awards. Both ensembled are completed with minimal jewelry and black peep-toe suede heels.
For their beauty looks, they each went natural with a bright pop of color with their lipstick shade (pink for Sarah, red for Bey). Beyonce went with a classic center parted ponytail, and Sarah was on-trend with a loose and tousled side ponytail.
In our opinion, both looks are basically perfect, but we've gotta give some credit to Beyoncé for being the first to sport this look. Which do you prefer? Let us know by casting your vote!
