Now that Paris Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2016-17 is over, we're taking a look back at all of the collections from the past month to find Fashion Week's hottest trends! Of course, the coolest looks from the runway don't always translate to being wearable on the street, so we've tracked down 5 styles that are both easy to achieve and easy to wear! Let's take a closer look...
Ponytail + ribbon
We've written about this style before and now we're certain it's here to stay: upgrade your everyday low ponytail with a pretty black ribbon! For maximum style, slightly curl your ends once they're secured for extra volume and body!
Looking for an alternative to the braided crown? Or maybe you've perfected the simple 3-strand braid but aren't too comfortable with more elaborate options like fishtail and French braids? Simply gather the hair in the back and braid it down the ends, then hold it up along the side of your head and secure with bobby pins.
There's nothing better to combat a bad hair day than a simple twisted topknot! Once you've secured your hair in a topknot, twist the hair around until it turns in on itself and then fold the ends under your elastic. Finish with a generous mist of satin finish hairspray for a glossy boost!
While updos are a great way of keeping your hair out of the way and creating a put-together look, tying your hair into a ponytail or bun everyday can actually damage it. For a good compromise, create a half-up style! Section off hair from the front and create two mini-braids, then wrap them around the back of your head, letting them cross. Secure the braids with bobby pins and you're all set!
Messy French braid
This classic braid is making a comeback! Give it a romantic feel with plenty of volume and tousled texture, then create the illusion of thicker hair by gently tugging each side of the braid outward!
Which of these looks will you be trying this spring?
