Step one:

Start by shading the contours of your eyelids with an eyeshadow or powder only 2 shades darker than your natural skintone. This immediately makes your eyes look larger by adding a new dimension. It should be subtle enough to not be immediately obvious.

Step two:

Lightly apply a highlighter underneath the highest point of the arch of your brow. This opens up your eyes, and gives you a brow-contouring effect. A peachy-pink concealer under the eye will combat the blue hues of any under-eye circles.

Step three:

Use a white shimmery cream and eyeshadow brush, or simply a pearly eyeliner, on the very inside of your eye. By adding a light color on the inside, you brighten the eye and add a little sparkle to your gaze.

Step four:

Apply a black liquid liner along the top lash line. Make it a little thicker right at the top of the eyelid's curve. After it dries, use a kohl pencil under the eye, applying more towards the outside. Make sure to smudge lightly, but don't go further than halfway towards the inside.

Step five:

Use an eyelash curler to give yourself some bambi-esque lashes, and then apply two coats of lash-defining mascara. Finally, give your lower lashes a subtle coat of mascara, and you're done!
