London Fashion Week was jam-packed with different nail looks. From shimmery pinks to don't-mess-with-me matte blacks, we've picked out our favorites in order to show you what the up-and-coming nail trends are!
During Fashion Week, there were times when it seemed like nude was the only kind of nail polish on earth. Designers including Christopher Kane, Emilia Wickstead, Tom Ford, Erdem, Giles and more all sent their models down the runway with subtle, nude manicures. Even Sophia Webster, known for her more outlandish nail art preferences, opted for a classic nude French mani for her retro-inspired presentation.
The Ashish and Meadham Kirchoff runways had a little more sparkle with pretty metallic pink and coral manicures. With a decidedly girlier touch, these nail colors are perfect for spring, never mind autumn! To give your nails a little bit of sparkle, just apply a glittery top coat on top of whetever color you've chosen.
Dark, jewel and matte
On the Sister by Sibling, Paul Smith, Antonio Berardi and Burberry runways, blacks, jewel-tones and other timeless dark polishes were the order of the day. Perfect for adding a little mystery or dark edge to any look, this trend is one that has endured several consecutive seasons and shows no sign of going anywhere yet! We can definitely see ourselves contrasting a black nail with a pretty spring dress.
Which of these nail trends are you going to be trying in the next few weeks?
