From rocking the role of Queen Margaery in Game of Thrones to leading the revolution alongside Jennifer Lawrence in The Hunger Games series, Natalie Dormer seems to succeed in every role she takes on! And she seems to master any beauty look she tries too, having stepped out looking stunning once again for a visit to Extra at their New York studios on December 14.
The British actress once again opted for a purple-hued makeup look, making her blue eyes shine, but our hearts were completely set on her gorgeously tousled pompadour ponytail holding back her blonde hair. Yes, we had to immediately turn this into a tutorial just for you!

If you are working with freshly washed hair, massage a volumizing mousse into your roots, then spritz throughout with a heat protectant. Blowdry your hair upside down to increase the volume even more.
If your hair isn't naturally this gorgeously wavy and tousled, you are going to have to create a bit of movement in there yourself! Give your hair another mist of heat protection - you can never be too careful! - then use a curling iron to create very loose curls, holding intermittent sections of hair against the barrell for about 8 seconds at a time and alternating the direction of the curl with each different strand.
Run your fingers through the curls to make them loose and relaxed then give your lengths a light spritz of curl defining spray to create the tousled texture.
Separate the front section of hair to form the pompadour and give your roots a spritz of root uplifting spray if you want even more added va-va-voom! Pin this section at the back of your head with bobby pins, leaving the hair slightly loose and tousled to give it the volume it needs, then draw the rest of your hair into a ponytail just underneath the pins.
Wrap a piece of hair from the ponytail around the hair tie to conceal it, tuck the end out of the way beneath the tie, then finish the style with a spritz of hairspray. Done!
