What do you do when you have a passion for conservation and the ultimate celebrity guestlist at your fingertips? Throw a fundraising gala, of course! Which is exactly what American actor Leonardo DiCaprio did last night, July 22, for his Foundation Gala, raising a whopping 40 million US dollars to go towards his own wildlife protection projects!
Luxurious and valuable objects and experiences were auctioned off to the highest bidder at this star-studded event, with art works - and even a personal concert from Elton John - being bought for millions of dollars per lot.
Amongst the crowds of A-list celebrities we couldn't help but notice three particular fashion muses in attendance, all glowing in cream and white gowns and looking flawless for the gala. Let's take a closer look...
The three muses
The gorgeous model and L'Oréal ambassador stepped out for the gala in a classic off-white Versace gown, with long sleeves, sheer sections and a light silver shimmer. This was another stellar Natasha Poly makeup and hair moment: always one to opt for high-drama, pop styles rather than softer, floaty looks, the model used a wet look hairstyle to accentuate her razor-sharp cheekbones whilst going loud and proud with her bold pink lipstick and high volume lashes.
Another Versace number of the night was expertly pulled off by none other than model Irina Shayk, floating onto the red carpet in a gown most recently seen on Doutzen Kroes, who wore a pink version for the Versace show at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week. The Russian beauty then kept her hair pulled back in a simple, tousled bun and finished the look with a natural makeup palette.
Having not spotted her out and about for over a month, we were thrilled to see Nina Dobrev make an entrance in a stunning white and gold Reem Acra gown. She teamed the look with minimal jewelry, a super summery high bun, and XXL lashes to make her warm brown eyes shine.
There's nothing like a glamorous gala for some conservation and style inspiration!
