Osheaga 2014 festival style: our favorite trends

The ninth edition of the Osheaga Music and Arts Festival in Montreal, Canada took place over 3 days this past weekend (August 1-3). Boasting a mix of legendary acts like Jack White, The Replacements, Outkast, and Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, as well as up-and-comers like Haim, Phantogram, and Bombay Bicycle Club, the festival attracted roughly 45,000 music fans to Montreal's Île Ste Helene.

Festival fashion

Of course, along with any festival comes the festival fashion. Osheaga 2014's attendees really brought some great looks to the table and this morning we've collected a few of our favorites so that you, too, can look festival-ready anywhere you go! Here are our favorite trends...

White: All white ensembles have been a huge trend amongst the celebrity set as of late, but they're a longtime standby for festival-goers. There's nothing more casually cool and hot weather appropriate than a white floaty dress or crocheted tank. Pair it with a bright lip color or beat up sneakers for the perfect festival look.

Layered jewelry: There are few things that scream "bohemian" more than lots of layered jewels. A mix of chunky bracelets with delicate rings and necklaces can be layered for a seriously dramatic look, even if the rest of your outfit is low-key.

Headwear: Whether in the form of flower crowns or oversized hats, headwear is a festival must-have. Floral crowns can really set the tone for your outfit, while hats are a super stylish way to keep the sun out of your eyes.

Prints: No better time to mix your favorite prints than a music festival! Some gals wore vibrant and feminine florals, while others opted for modern, graphic looks. Either way, prints are a sure thing!

So, what did you wear to Osheaga this weekend?
