A very pregnant and very stylish Kate Middleton AKA The Duchess of Cambridge joined Prince William, Prince Harry, The Queen and the rest of the royal family to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II's 60th coronation anniversary at Westminster Abbey in London yesterday.
The Duchess is due next month but seems to be managing pretty well with her bump: she is positively glowing. Her beige ensemble helped accentuate her maternal curves and, pregnant or not, she clearly isn't willing to part with her beloved nude heels.
Her famous chestnut tresses seem to be even more shiny than usual and the swept-back style looked perfect with her vintage hair accessory, but then again, she is a bit of a pro when it comes to sporting fascinators.
Kate has maintained her reputation for elegant looks throughout her pregnancy and seems to know what suits her and sticks to it. She has proved that looking good is more about style than body shape. Her choice of block colours and chic cuts has helped her royal bump become a statement part of her look.
Greeted by cheers
Her make-up was on point, as usual, and her choice of natural tones, nude lipstick and hint of eyeliner was accentuated by her swept-back hair.
When she arrived with Will and Harry, they were greeted by cheers from the crowd that had gathered outside. Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall were also amongst the guests.
The also Queen looked spectacular in her white ensemble and signature pearls and red lipstick combination. This time, she and Kate weren't wearing the same colour... though that does happen!
What a lovely year it has been for the Queen! This week, she celebrates her coronation and, next month, she will have a new great grandchild.
