Halfway through the Royal Visit Canada tour and Kate Middleton continues to bring her A-game in the style department. DAY 4 OF THE ROYAL VISIT CANADA TOUR
KATE STUNS IN DOLCE & GABBANA
Visiting the University of British Columbia Okanagan campus and watching a volleyball match, the future Queen of England donned a green Dolce & Gabbana dress, which was inspired by the fairytale Fall 2016 collection.
Moving away from her recent monochromatic ways, she finished off her look with nude accessories, which included a pair of her go-to L.K Bennett pumps and a box clutch. As for her hair and makeup, the Duchess of Cambridge stuck to her soft signature curls and enhanced her complexion with a touch of pink blush on the apples of her cheeks, liner on her upper and lower lash lines, and a hint of mascara.
DAY 5 OF THE ROYAL VISIT CANADA TOUR
KATE WEARS TWO CANADIAN DESIGNERS
After making a royal appearance in Kelowna, on September 28th, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge jetted up to northern Canada so that they could begin day five of the royal tour in Whitehorse. The pair stopped at the MacBride Museum of Yukon History, where they were met by thousands of locals.
To combat chilly Yukon temperatures, Kate wore a scarlet double-breasted coat by CH Carolina Herrera, complete with a Peter Pan collar, and paired the look with chunky heels by Tod's, a Mulberry Bayswater clutch and a maple leaf tartan scarf. To top it all off, she showed off her Cartier Ballon Bleu watch and Annoushka pearl earrings. Her hair was pulled back in a simple and voluminous low bun that can be easily re-created with a simple back combing technique and volumizing hairspray!
Later that afternoon, she made an outfit change to discover Carcross, Yukon, a small town south of Whitehorse. The royal couple was warmly greeted by First Nations people – and they clearly had a blast watching the children dance. This was a much more casual event, where Kate finally busted out the Canadian outfit: A grey Sentaler Alpaca jacket paired with earrings by Whitehorse jeweller Shelley MacDonald. She also swapped her pumps for cowboy-esque boots.
