She may be one of the youngest current Victoria's Secret Angels, but 19-year-old Taylor Hill is already a natural! The American model attended the AOL BUILD Series at the company's New York Studio earlier this week, December 7, alongside fellow Angel Behati Prinsloo, bringing a little bit of beauty heaven to the Big Apple in glowing matte makeup with a hint of shimmering gold eyeshadow and a whole lot of definition around her blue eyes.
Dazzle like an Angel!
We love this makeup look, not because it breaks any kind of beauty boundaries or tries something totally new or unheard of, but because of how simple and perfectly executed it is! With the right tools, both you and I can easily recreate this look at home, and I'm going to tell you exactly how...
Start by dusting over your lids and under your lower lashes with a softly shimmering sand eyeshadow shade.
To perfect this dramatically-defined cat eye flick, use a liquid eyeliner pen for extra precision. Create a dot on either side of your outer lashes to mark where you want your flick to end, then begin drawing your line from the tearduct. Thicken the stroke across your lids, then turn up at the end to meet the dot, making sure you create a symmeticral effect on your other eye as well. Complete your eyes with a coat of mascara.
Comb through your brows with a spoolie brush to form them into the right shape then lightly add a hint of color and thickness with a brow plumping gel to suit your hair color.
Use a soft, clean application brush to apply your foundation in small ciricles, only using a pea-sized amount across your whole face to allow your skin's natural luminosity to shine through. Add a touch of concealer under your eyes and over any problem areas, then give the apples of your cheeks a hint of rosy blush.
Complete the look with a quick dusting of face powder over your T-zone and chin area to reduce shine and add a coat of pink lipstick for the grand finale!
