The World MasterCard Fashion Week Toronto Spring 2015 may now have drawn to a close, but we're still getting inspired by some of the hairstyles that we spotted on the runways. We've put together our top three. So, if you're looking to update your look, then you're in the right place.
"Look at me" locks
Dramatic, statement hairstyles were the order of the day at the Toronto shows, so forget barely-there waves and low-key buns: this season is all about letting your locks do the talking. Check out our top three standout looks above...
1. Rock 'n' roll: Quiff cool
At the Stephan Caras show, high hair ruled the runway, and the models walked the catwalk sporting "look at me", voluminous quiffs. The hair at the sides of the head was slicked back flat, working in contrast with the backcombed hair on the top of the head.
2. Retro: Hollywood waves
We love a classic, old-school hairstyle so we were delighted to see this model rocking fifties-style Hollywood waves at the Madame Moje Spring 2015 collection. Glamorous, classic and effortlessly elegant, this vintage-inspired style was given a modern edge, thanks to the extreme side-swept finish.
3. Fashion: Wet look
Matthew Gallagher is one of the many designers who appreciates the wet look hair trend, if his Spring 2015 Collection is anything to go by. If you're looking to lend a fashion-forward, edgy feel to your look, then this style won't let you down. A no-fuss, sleek style like this one is also great for showcasing a striking beauty look - pair it with a dramatic smoky eye and you have yourself a real head-turning look!
So, which style will you try first?
