Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2015 has officially kicked off, and we're already getting inspired by some of the bold beauty looks from the runways. This on-trend ombre pout, which we spotted at the Atelier Gustavolins show, is our newest makeup crush. We loved it so much that we even created an easy tutorial. Check it out below!
Why pick one shade of lip color when you can have two? The models at Atelier Gustavolins wore lips painted in both dark purple and bright pink lipstick. The result? An eye-catching, fashion-forward look which we'll definitely be wearing this year!
You want your lipstick to take center stage here so start with a simple, barely there base. Use concealer to hide any blemishes, then dot a light coverage foundation over your cheeks and T-Zone.
Apply a wash of shimmery, champagne toned eyeshadow over your eyelids, then open up the look of your eyes with a couple of coats of black mascara.
A bold lip like this one requires zero dryness, so be sure to apply lip balm to keep your lips soft and nourished. Next, use a pink lip liner to fill in your lips. This will help your pout to stay put all night long!
Paint your lips with a raspberry pink lipstick. Next take a purple lipstick and use it to paint over your top lip.
Gather some of the purple color with a lipstick brush, then dab it onto the outer corners of your bottom lips. Use a clean Q-Tip to blend it with the magenta shade to create an ombre effect. Finally, use a tissue to blot your pout for an on-trend, matte finish.
Stay tuned for more runway-inspired looks!
