Summer is coming and that means that wedding season is on its way. Some of you may be actually getting hitched... and if so, congratulations. For others amongst you, the mild weather and blooming flowers may just be getting you in the mood to dream. Either way, we thought you'd enjoy some wedding hair inspiration, stolen from celebrities!
Take a look at our five favourites...
1. Gemma Arterton's romantic chignon
Gemma dressed up her loose chignon with a jewelled headband. The loose, wispy nature of the style made it all the more romantic... perfect for a wedding day.
We'd pair it and wear it with: make-up in soft, rosy tones and a gorgeous bohemian dress
2. Kirsten Dunst's floral crown
The tiny purple and yellow flowers decking Kirsten's headband brought the season straight into her style. Wearing a floral crown is a lovely alternative to a veil... especially for an outside wedding.
We'd pair it and wear it with: a pretty colour of lipgloss and a simple beauty look as well as a simple dress without ornamentation.
3. Cheryl Cole's loose French braid
This hairstyle-- which Cheryl Cole wore to the Cannes Film Festival -- is both sophisticated and romantic, unexpected and elegant. It is the perfect wedding style... and the perfect detail to show off as you walk down the aisle.
We'd pair it and wear it with: a dress with a plunging back, which would show off both your
4. Olivia Culpo's angelic look
We just love these jewelled headbands. Olivia styled her hair simply, yet added a beautiful accessory. It's the perfect no-fuss look to really make a statement.
We'd wear it and pair it with: something sophisticated. A headband can look girly, so balance that with a simple and elegant dress or some dark lipstick.
5. Julianne Hough's wavy bob
Julianne's perfect waves are elegantly styled in a retro mould. The look is old-fashioned and classic.
We'd pair it and wear it with: A robe with a Charleston vibe... something that you might see in "The Great Gatsby" with makeup to match.
Have you chosen your favourite? We hope so! Because, that done, you have a host of other decisions to make. What dress? What make-up? What bridesmaids?
Let the fun begin!
